In 2006 'Crooked Mick' was selected to be included in the Embassy Roadshow collection -  a joint cultural initiative between the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Australian Film Commission.  The Embassy Roadshow facilitates the showcasing of recent Australian films in ’mini festivals’ through Australian Embassies overseas.  Designed to increase awareness and appreciation of Australian films and film culture internationally.

Crooked Mick was broadcast nationally in Australia on the 6th of August on ABC TV's Sunday Arts program. It will be screened again on ABC2 'Short and Curly' on the 13th March 2007.
